Assistant Farm Manager

Full Time Seasonal; March 10, 2025-Nov 3, 2025 (32-40 hours per week)

The Assistant Farm Manager plays a key role in connecting the community with our hands-on regenerative agricultural practices and locally grown food.

The Assistant Farm Manager reports to the Farm Manager and assists them with the production of vegetables, berries, and flowers for the farm. In coordination with the Farm Manager, Assistant Farm Manager works with the farm crew to operate all aspects of our 2.5 acre educational and production farm, Rugged Roots.  The Assistant Farm Manager is responsible for running weekly farm stands and overseeing our on-farm volunteer program. In coordination with the Farm Manager and the Program Manager, the Assistant Farm Manager will delegate weekly and daily tasks to volunteers, college interns, and seasonal farm crew staff.
